The past decades have witnessed great progress in nanoparticle‐based cancer‐targeting drug delivery systems, but their therapeutic potentials is yet to be fully exploited. In this research, temozolomide (TMZ) and chloroquine (CQ) were loaded into the mesoporous silica nanoparticles (MSNs), surface was coated with polydopamine (PDA), complex coupled arginine-glycine-aspartic (RGD) successfully prepare TMZ/[email protected] RGD-MSNs accumulated more cell tumor models than unmodified MSNs vitro vivo experiments can directly induce apoptosis autophagy cells. addition, therapy enhanced effect of glioma.
